BYOD is coming to Hampshire this autumn

Bring your own device (BYOD) scheme is due to be rolled out in Hampshire county council by the end of 2012. The Scheme allows employees to use personal devices for business purposes.

The council has already started trialling a programme to give staff access to IT systems from their personal electronic devices. System and data security issues are considered crucial elements to support this scheme. Read More..
