Multi-Academy Trust to transform Accounts Payable

The Two Counties Trust (TTCT) has selected Liberata to provide Accounts Payable services, as part of its drive to transform to a modern finance function.

The TTCT is a Multi-Academy Trust established in April 2016, operating from a Head Office in Kirkby in Ashfield with 9 secondary schools across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.

Providing education to over 10,500 students, the Trust employs over 1,300 staff and has an annual turnover in excess of £60m.

The TTCT determined that finding the right outsource partner to take responsibility for the Accounts Payable function would help them solve challenges such as manual processing, recruitment and retention of staff, and slow turnaround of month-end close.
