UK brewer selects SoftCo to automate its Accounts Payable Processes

SoftCo has announced that Adnams a UK-based brewer, distiller, and seller of alcoholic beverages, have selected SoftCoAP to automate and transform their Accounts Payable processes.

Founded in 1872 in Southwold, Suffolk, England, Adnams produce non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, and owns and operates 44 pubs and hotels, in addition to 13 retail stores. Adnams work with over 1,700 suppliers and export to over 22 countries around the world. Its brands include Ghost Ship Pale ale, Southwold Bitter and Copper House Gin.

SoftCo will provide Adnams with end-to-end Accounts Payable automation including automated capture, matching and approval of their 30,000 annual invoices. SoftCo Smart Match will ensure that the highest level of Straight Through Processing (STP) and the solution will be fully integrated with the existing ERP system, JD Edwards.
