PwC network and Celonis announce global cooperation in the area of Process Mining with three focus areas: audit, finance transformation, and migration to SAP S/4 HANA.
PwC and Celonis have been creating business value for hundreds of clients in over 40 countries since 2017 and have now agreed on a joint market strategy that will allow clients to benefit even more from the expertise, knowledge, and strengths of both companies. PwC will contribute its know-how as a consultant and business value architect, while Celonis will provide in-depth process knowledge and the technology.
Hala Zeine, Chief Product Officer at Celonis, comments: “This alliance offers completely new opportunities for our joint clients, especially in the areas of finance transformation and audit. The combination of PwC’s unique know-how and Celonis’ AI-powered Process Mining technology enables our clients to optimise their business processes by gaining fact-based insights into complex business processes that are analysed and visualised by Celonis. That way, we provide a complete overview of every transaction down to the smallest detail, to automatically identify and eliminate the root causes of process inefficiencies before they even occur.”
As part of this strategy, PwC and Celonis will also jointly develop solutions going forward. Based on PwC’s collaboration with Celonis, PwC clients will receive support in optimising their processes as well as in fact-based decision-making and corporate management. Celonis clients will benefit from the alliance as PwC experts will support them in the interpretation of process analyses.
Another focus will be the transformation of the finance function: with Celonis, PwC can support companies even better in their transition to a digital and fact-based financial world.
Celonis’ software will enable PwC to drive preliminary studies and business case analyses for SAP S/4 HANA migrations even better, as another focus area.
