Prior to joining Murphy's, Lubnah was Director of Financial Services at The Guinness Partnership and Head of Accounting at TalkTalk.

Paul BryanhillPaul's a qualified accountant and a former Head of Shared Services for Lloyd's Register. He has extensive experience in several blue chip companies, including director of control and compliance for Fujitsu, as well as some smaller organisations.

His enthusiastic and out going personality, means that he's able to communicate easily with people at all levels and he's experienced at managing both process and culture change through the business.

Chris ArgentChris used to manage finance teams, and now drives tried and tested transformation and change projects to finance and the wider business. This includes advising on new high value use cases, mobilising projects and assuring delivery. He has successfully created business change strategies and managed Finance, Business and IT/BI/Data projects. An experienced finance change project professional with extensive experience of finance in organisational and IT transition, senior user. He's a firm believer ensuring a consultative approach between Business/Finance/IT to deliver high value sustainable results.
