At PPN we know that sometimes the person who's come up with a successful plan isn't always the CFO, FD or the Head of Finance and it isn't always the AP Manager.
This award is for anyone who has made a performance enhancing business change to the P2P department.
Criteria the Judging Panel are looking for:
• A single change which has shaped the department
• A commitment over and above their official position
• Implementation of change technology, resulting in improvements
• Successful reinvention of existing procedures
• Changed the look and feel of P2P for the better - give examples.
