GEP a global leader in unified procurement and supply chain solutions has partnership with Sweden-based TrustWeaver.
The partnership will allow GEP to offer TrustWeaver’s cloud-based e-invoicing compliance capabilities to its customers as a seamless part of its own services.
GEP customers can be certain at any moment that the invoices they receive through GEP meet tax requirements in 59 countries for integrity, authenticity, real-time government ‘clearance’ and compliant archiving.
John Davidson, GEP’s Vice President of Customer Success and Alliances, said: “As a market leader in procurement software we are keenly aware of the huge impact of electronic invoicing and archiving Value-Added-Tax (VAT) requirements on our global customers. These requirements are mandatory and require the use of locally-certified technologies and processes.”
He added: "Through this partnership, monitoring and automatic resolution of these ever-changing legal requirements becomes easy and frictionless for our global customers. They, in turn, can focus their energies on optimising business processes without having to become tax technology experts."
Christiaan van der Valk, President of TrustWeaver commented: "In the lead-up to this partnership agreement, it was great to see the joint teamwork between our companies as we also cooperated to secure global compliance support for a number of key GEP customers. With significant market wins under our collective belts already, and having experienced how well GEP’s can-do attitude dovetails with our company culture."
